Since the satellite is out, I get my entertainment where I can. While in town I was on the lookout for billboards with that “Go back. I need to see that again” factor. On our way home I spotted this one. Seriously?
Kath who is uncertain. Since Hooters is a chain dedicated to wildlife ( owls, right?) does the sign mean Kids as in offspring of Old Randy Goats?
