Going to be a Long Winter

The Dude, our formerly Southern Californian minivan, whined all day yesterday about the rain. But no one listened. And no one put his tarp, aka ‘blankey’, on him. So when the rain went BAD, last night, he ended up with a dusting of snow just above his windshield wipers.
The Dude points out that at the least we could have moved the patio umbrella over him. Or given The Dude the German car’s inside garage space. After all the German car is used to this cold nasty stuff.
It’s going to be a long winter.
