The future of the Dr’gon Nations is in the paws of a lazy dr’gon and a bumbling newbie wizard?
For Cl’rnce, a perfect day would involve a nap, another nap, topped off by dinner and a long long nap. So what if he’s the only dragon his age without a wizard partner or the ability to fly? That sounds like work, and Cl’rnce is opposed to work, unless it’s pulling a practical joke.
All of Moire Ain’s life has been terror, poverty, and work. She was enslaved by evil Hedge-Witch. When Moire Ain overhears Hedge-Witch plotting to make Moire Ain kill a king, the girl escapes. With only her newly found magic book, her pet raven, and her dream of becoming the Great and Mighty Wizard she runs toward her future.
Moire Ain stumbles on an irritated Cl’rnce. Forced to accept The Journey by his sister, everything has gone wrong down to being attacked by a dr’gon slaying knight. The unlikely dr’gon and wanna-be wizard join forces and immediately events spin faster and faster. Are they headed for catastrophe or a heroes’ triumph. Can Moire Ain’s beginner’s bumbled magic work? Can Cl’rnce fly, and fly to her rescue? Can they save the new Primus/king of the Dr’gon Nations?
