Being the Co-Primus of the Dragon Nations hasn’t stopped Cl’rnce from
also being the Greatest Master Prankster of All Time. Why should it when
he’s got his bossy sister around to do all the real work of ruling the dragons?
And with Halloween coming up, Cl’rnce decides to perform a “faux-ghost
spell” he found to trick all his friends and “haunt” everyone at Wiz Tech.

Except his spell fails. And he seems to be a ghost, a real one!
