Good Morning 20 June 2021 : Fog War
First, Happy Father’s Day!
This morning the sun had a challenge. Last night’s thunderstorm left a blanket of fog over the river and between the ridges. Big job for the sun to take its rightful place.
Early it seemed like a normal dawn. The sun had already started to light up the clouds.
Then I noticed fog higher and thicker than normal.
The fog rose and expanded, almost swallowing the sun.
Clouds and fog crowded the sky, climbing to cover the sun.
And the winner is… the sun!
