Hmmm. Fall, Jack -o- Lanterns, Haircuts!
Knowing when it’s time to get a haircut is not easy. Usually if my highlights start more than two inches from my scalp, and I’m thinking of wearing a hat twenty-four hours a day, it’s not just cut but color time. I have a pictorial guide!!!
